Where to Meet Your Guide

For King Salmon fishing we will meet at Stewart’s Landing. Meet time at Stewart’s Landing, boat launch, is 5:30 am. Our King Salmon fishing trips are eight hours long.

The fishing day will end around 3:00 pm. Stewart’s Landing is a private boat launch facility. There is a $5.00 parking fee if you park a car and leave it while out fishing.

For guide, Daniel R. Myers, look for power boat with guide number 014 . On the day of your fishing trip please bring the following items: jacket, raingear, hat, polarized sunglasses, camera and lunch with something to drink.

Directions:

• Entering Soldotna on the Sterling Hwy. heading South toward Homer.
• Take a right at the first stop light onto the Kenai Spur Hwy.
• Go about three miles look on the left for Cheechako Road.
• Across from Cheechako Road on the right hand side of the road you will see an Alaska State Hwy sign that says Stewart’s Landing. At the end of one block look on the left for Fish Trap Road.
• Follow Fish Trap Road to the end and to Stewart’s Landing boat ramp
